In this blog, we would like to introduce our "Seafood Course" and provide you with information on how to enjoy the flavors of the season.
Located a minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, "Umaisho! Shin-Satsu BLOCK Branch" offers fresh seafood dishes to our customers, using ingredients carefully selected by our artisans and shipped directly from the place of production. Our "Kaisen Course" is suitable for banquets and special occasion dinners. You can enjoy dishes such as oysters from Atsugishi, Hokkaido, assorted sashimi, and specially selected ingredients.
At our restaurant, we serve seafood with care, from procurement of ingredients to preparation, so that our customers can experience the freshness of the seafood. For example, we use the oysters from Atsugishi that we procured on the day of purchase to bring out the full flavor of the oysters. We also offer a wide variety of dishes such as "Tarako (cod roe) marinated in wasabi" and "Tataki (lamb)," which can be enjoyed in a wide range of dishes.
Our seafood course includes an all-you-can-drink plan that includes Sapporo Classic. Our extensive drink menu, including fruit wine, shochu, and sake, will complement the flavors of your meal.
